Delete your account or data
Use this page to ask us to delete your online account or data stored on our servers.
1. Delete your account
- Email [email protected] with the subject Petty Pawns account deletion.
- Include your in-game username if you have one, and whether you play on Android or iOS.
- We will confirm by email and delete the account and associated server data within 30 days.
2. Delete some data but keep your account
Email [email protected] with the subject Petty Pawns data deletion request. Say what you want removed, for example:
- Cloud progress (goals, coins, map progress)
- Device ID used for online sync
- Username / profile details
- Support emails you sent us
We will confirm and complete the request within 30 days. You can keep using the app unless you also ask us to close the account.
3. What we delete vs what stays
- Deleted from our servers: account records, synced progress, economy, device ID links, and profile data you asked us to remove.
- Still on your device: local saves until you clear app storage or uninstall. That does not remove server copies by itself.
- Backups: may keep a copy for up to 30 days, then drop off as backups rotate.
- Ads: Google AdMob may keep data under its own policies; use Google’s ad settings for those requests.
4. Clear data on your device
- Android: Settings → Apps → Petty Pawns → Storage → Clear data
- iOS: delete and reinstall the app, or clear app data in Settings
